The updater is the person who is assigned as the auto-closer of the ticket

A user can change the name of the updater by refreshing the Zendesk authentication from the wanted updater account.

For example:

Assuming the current updater is Eduoard, and he'd like Diego to be the updater.

Diego can open the dashboard while logged into his Zendesk account and click Refresh your Zendesk connection. The button is located in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
